Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you’ll bring units up to market-ready condition and support property communities nationwide.

This role may require weekends and after-hours emergencies; responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, processing work orders, assisting with building and common area maintenance, and contributing to preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• Boiler experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
