Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team under the direction of the Service Manager. You will bring units to market-ready condition according to Peak Living standards, with hours varying by community needs and potential weekend and after-hours emergency calls.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance, handling work orders, assisting with building and common area upkeep, and supporting the preventive maintenance program to maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
