Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units to market-ready condition across our communities. Under the Service Manager, you will perform make-ready tasks, handle work orders, and help maintain buildings and common areas to Peak Living standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in property maintenance, and good English communication. EPA and CPO certs are a plus. The team offers PTO, holidays, medical plans, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
