Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition following Peak Living standards and may work weekends and after-hours for emergencies.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, handling work orders, maintaining common areas, and supporting preventative maintenance across properties. Prior maintenance experience in property management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
