Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units to market-ready condition and support property operations across its communities. The role reports to the Service Manager and may require weekends and after-hours calls to meet community needs.

You will perform make-ready tasks, handle work orders, and assist with building and common area maintenance while contributing to preventative maintenance programs and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• Boiler experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
