Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition and support preventative maintenance across communities.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, processing work orders, and assisting with building and common area upkeep. Strong English communication and a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and appliances are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
