Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our communities nationwide. The role reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for bringing units to market-ready condition according to Peak Living standards.

Hours vary by community and may require weekends and after-hours emergencies. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliances; EPA and CPO certifications are a plus but

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
