Job summary

Peak Living in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market‑ready condition in line with Peak Living standards and respond to community needs, including weekends and after‑hour emergencies when required.

You will complete make‑ready maintenance, process work orders, assist with building and common area maintenance, and support our preventative maintenance program to protect property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
