Job summary

Peak Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Minnesota. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition in line with Peak Living standards, with hours based on community needs and may include weekends.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance and work orders, assisting with building and common area upkeep, and supporting the preventative maintenance program to protect property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
