• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins; creates punch lists.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor about re-ordering.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Maintains grounds and performs general cleaning and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety and risk management policies.
• May inspect work by contractors to verify quality and scope.
