Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for Solstice at Eastland Yards in Charlotte, NC. The role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, making-ready units for leasing, managing inventory and documentation, and assisting with grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications: Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required for all service technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and safety standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, coordinating vendors, and ensuring timely completion.
• Manages materials access and inventory, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed.
