Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Solstice at Eastland in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on ensuring building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready apartments, inventory management, documentation, and assisting with grounds upkeep. The position requires on-site work with occasional on-call duties and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local certifications as required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing via the make-ready process and punch list.
• Maintains inventory by tracking materials and notifying for re-orders.
• Documents work orders accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
• Cleans and maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs painting and minor repairs.
