Job summary

The role covers completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, managing materials, and maintaining outdoor spaces. Prior mid-rise experience and proficiency with Yardi and Outlook are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience (mid-rise preferred).
• Proficiency using Yardi and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Follows procedures to access materials, track inventory, return unused items, and notify the supervisor about reorders.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to record service requests accurately.
• Assists in maintaining grounds and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
