Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Westerville, OH (43082) to support maintenance processes across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will assist with make-ready work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, performing daily inspections, maintaining a clean and safe maintenance shop, and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive, routine, cosmetic, and make-ready maintenance under supervision.
