Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units to market-ready condition across our communities. Under the Service Manager, you will perform make-ready tasks and handle assigned work orders to Peak Living standards. The role may include weekends and after-hours emergencies.

You will assist with building, common area maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs to keep property equipment in good condition. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
