Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units to market-ready condition at our communities. Under the Service Manager, you will complete make-ready work, respond to work orders, and assist with building and common area maintenance, with hours that may include weekends and after-hours emergencies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in general maintenance in property management, and familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
