Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at multiple communities. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you’ll prepare units to market-ready condition and handle routine maintenance tasks to meet Peak Living standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in property maintenance.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance.
• Complete work orders and ensure Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
