Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Provo, UT, reporting to the Service Manager. You will bring units to market-ready condition per Peak Living standards and handle varying hours, including weekends and after-hours emergencies.

You will perform make-ready maintenance, process work orders, assist with building/common area upkeep and preventative maintenance to protect property assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and maintain property equipment.
