Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for the Sorella in Charlotte, NC. The role involves technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventive maintenance, making ready units for leasing, tracking inventory, and assisting with property inspections. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-call and varied hours.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II or Universal required.
• State and Local certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and perform preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and notify supervisor when re-orders are needed.
