Responsibilities include completing work orders, prepping vacant units, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with on-call rotations and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Repair and maintenance skills across building systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Maintains inventory and documents work for proper tracking.
• Supports safety procedures and quality inspections for contractors.
