Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Folly Beach property to support corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The Maintenance Technician works under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure operations align with property objectives.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, assisting with make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, and upholding OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance in community common areas and units as directed.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in daily work.
• Participate in on-call emergency support at the community.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
