Job summary

AVE by Korman Communities seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to service luxury apartment communities nationwide. You will perform a range of tasks from painting and caulking to HVAC, electrical, and appliance repairs, ensuring timely completion of make-readies and resident requests.

Eligible candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid HVAC certification is a plus (we sponsor in some cases). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to three years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is a plus and may be sponsored.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Follow AVE standard operating procedures and maintain common areas.
• Perform maintenance tasks including painting, caulking, HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs and appliance service.
• Complete make-readies and ensure timely turnover of suites.
• Address resident service requests within 24 hours and maintain clean maintenance spaces.
