Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to handle daily service requests, assist with unit make-readies, and perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and pool maintenance. You will collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician on projects and participate in on-call duties, using your own tools and delivering strong customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, a valid HVAC license, and solid troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry (REQUIRED).
Valid HVAC License REQUIRED.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
A personal set of basic hand tools.
Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with completing daily service requests for residents.
Support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep.
Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled.
Use and maintain your own tools in a professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.
