Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and presentable. You will perform repairs, respond to service requests, and prepare vacant units for occupancy across communities in California.

The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, the ability to use hand and power tools, and a willingness to on-call as needed. Competitive pay and benefits accompany on-site work.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Strong handyman experience in property maintenance.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit preparation.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs from evictions and 24-hour service responses.
