Avenue5 Residential, LLC on Mercer Island, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartments and property needs under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor and property manager. You will help keep residents happy and the property looking its best.

Typical duties include electrical, plumbing, appliance and carpentry repairs, preventative maintenance, safety and curb appeal, plus on-call emergency support.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance per supervisor instructions.
• Carry out carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass, door/lock and tile repair.
• Execute preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler and elevator care.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety, cleanliness and issues needing repair.
• Respond to property emergencies and participate in after-hours on-call assignments.
