Resilience is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform ongoing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on process equipment in a regulated production environment.

You will support setup/changeover, troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems, and maintain logs and documentation per cGMP and SOPs. This role requires strong English communication and adherence to gowning/qualification standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with automation systems: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA; Rockwell/Inductive, Aveva, Siemens, Emerson/GE, or B&R.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and following instructions.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing ongoing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance for process equipment within the assigned operating area. The role may also entail setup and changeover support for equipment used in classified areas up to a Class 100 aseptic environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete emergency repair, rebuilding, changeover and inspection work on process-related equipment.
• Install, inspect, test, adjust, repair and perform line turnarounds, changeovers, and preventative maintenance per established procedures.
• Troubleshoot Automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA), read diagrams, drawings, PLC code, and schematics.
• Document work orders and close out activities in compliance with cGMPs.
• Monitor equipment performance through data monitoring.
• Use testing tools to troubleshoot electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical line equipment.
• Provide training to operators for equipment setup and minor adjustments or repairs.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades according to site SOPs.
• Perform 5S activities and maintain organization of operating areas.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, OSHA requirements, and safety procedures.
• Maintain records and logs as required; perform mathematical computations when needed.
• Work under minimal supervision with direction from Maintenance Facilitator, Process Facilitator, Engineer, or other leads.
• Serve as a project resource to support validation and other projects.
• Maintain Aseptic Processing and Gowning certifications as required.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a cGMP environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Occasionally work overtime as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a regulated production environment, specifically in equipment maintenance and performance.
• Experience with Automation systems: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA; familiarity with Rockwell Inductive (Ignition), Aveva (Wonderware), Siemens, Emerson (GE), or B&R.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, communication, and following instructions.
• Strength and dexterity to lift and handle equipment parts and tools.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo or SAP.
• Must demonstrate and maintain gown qualification standards.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization is not available for this position.

Preferred Background

• High school graduate, vocational school graduate, or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related discipline or mechanical trade school graduate.
• Previous experience with automated equipment.
• Training in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of data and materials maintenance systems such as SAP, KRONOS, or other MRP systems.
• Experience with OEE, TPM, LEAN or other Continuous Improvement systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target hourly pay range: $24.00 – $38.00.
