Resilience is seeking a skilled trades technician to autonomously perform maintenance on site facilities equipment, with a heavy emphasis on HVAC/Refrigeration. The role involves reading SOPs, documenting work in CMMS, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance to keep systems running.

The position requires relevant licenses or proven skills in HVAC, electrical, boiler operations, or related trades, plus experience in a regulated, cGMP environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Licensure or demonstrated skills in HVAC/Electrical/Boiler operations or related trades.
• Experience in regulated environments (cGMP) preferred.
• High school diploma and skilled-trade certification required.
• Associate degree in a technical discipline beneficial.
• 3–5 years in building systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps) and low-voltage electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Read SOPs and technical documentation to perform maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS with accuracy.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems and report issues.
• Read diagrams and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Follow safety, lockout/tagout, and cGMP procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and respond to process deviations.
