Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our single-family home portfolio. You will travel between homes, deliver timely, professional maintenance, and provide top-tier resident experiences.

Role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year in maintenance or property care, plus strong customer service and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and OSHA/EPA/HVAC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance/repair experience in property management or related field.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote quality living experience.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple trade categories.
• Complete property condition assessments and submit alerts for immediate attention.
• Review technician reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform repairs to vacant properties during turns.
• Maintain and properly operate company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
