Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide timely, professional service across a portfolio of single-family homes. This role travels between properties using a company vehicle, delivering top-notch service to residents.

You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance across trades, complete property assessments, and support management to uphold high-quality homes and resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of maintenance or property management experience.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Perform preventive maintenance across multiple trades during turns to reduce future requests.
• Complete GPCA assessments at property visits and notify management of urgent items.
• Review technician reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Educate residents on maintenance responsibilities and related topics.
• Perform repairs to vacant properties during turnover.
• Utilize and care for company tools and vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
