Qualifications

• Intermediate-level maintenance and repairs on homes and related systems.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances preferred.
• Ability to complete and document work orders and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot systems and components to identify issues.
