Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support our single-family rental portfolio. You will perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on homes and related systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.

You’ll complete work orders, conduct inspections, and ensure homes are safe, functional, and move-in ready. Work includes emergency and scheduled maintenance, vendor coordination, and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on homes and systems.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances.
• Ability to complete work orders, inspections and document work.
