Qualifications
- Intermediate-level maintenance and repairs on homes and related systems.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances preferred.
- Ability to complete and document work orders and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on rental homes.
- Troubleshoot systems and components to identify issues.
- Complete detailed inspections and documentation of work performed.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed to source parts and services.
