You must have 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and be willing to participate in on-call rotations. The role offers a 40-hour workweek with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule on a rotating basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Ability to read and understand policies including Hazard Communications Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and related components.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs promptly per company standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner; performs turnkey work as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces as required.
• Maintains a safe work environment by following safety policies and reporting hazards.
• Performs hot works such as brazing, soldering, and welding according to policy.
