Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation.
• Good communication with team and residents.
• Familiarity with safety policies and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Complete service requests promptly and to standards.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist in painting and related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safety-focused work environment and proper use of PPE.
