Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II/Painter in Burbank, CA. This full-time role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance to keep apartment communities in top condition.

You will diagnose and repair a wide range of systems, complete service requests promptly, and help ensure units are rent-ready. On-call rotation and safety-conscious practices are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation each month.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance policies, SDS and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of PPE and proper chemical handling.
• Understanding of emergency systems and shutoffs.
• Knowledge of paint types and tools.

Aufgaben

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, painting and walls, water features, and waste management.
• Completes service requests and repairs in line with company standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as required.
• Performs apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture by following Vivmark policies and reporting hazards.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering and welding according to standards.
