Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Experience with apartment or property maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand policies (Key Control, Turnover, Maintenance Emergency procedures).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Support residents with maintenance needs and communicate effectively.
