Vivmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician II in Brea, CA to upkeep apartment communities and keep residents comfortable. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems, respond to service requests promptly, and prepare vacants for move-in.

We value 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members to provide quality service.
• Ability to read and understand policies, SDS, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of PPE usage and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs per company standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance on community assets.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Maintains safety culture and notes unsafe conditions and hazards.
