Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for Woodbury Place I & II in O’Fallon, MO. The role supports upkeep of apartment communities and requires punctual, proactive service and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include completing unit turns, troubleshooting electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and performing routine maintenance tasks. On-call after hours and travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (eg. door entry systems, fire suppression).
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make-readies ensuring timely completion (painting, carpet cleaning, general cleaning).
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
