Job summary

Woodmont Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician II responsible for ensuring the physical upkeep of our apartment communities to meet company standards and legal requirements. You will perform interior and exterior cleaning, apartment turns, and diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues.

This role requires on-call rotation, ability to complete work orders within one business day and to handle snow removal and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair interior and exterior systems.
• Capable of completing apartment turns and repairs independently when possible.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation and respond to issues promptly.
• Complete work orders within 1 business day of submission.
• Complete apartment turns within 6 days of move-out.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
