Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for Woodbury Place I & II in O’Fallon, MO. The role focuses on timely unit turns, proactive maintenance, and resident service in a large multifamily setting.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, completing work orders, and performing quarterly preventive maintenance. The candidate must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (e.g., door entry, fire suppression).
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.
• Preferred HVAC EPA Type II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and unit readiness.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
