The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license, with on-call rotation monthly.

You will work to uphold safety standards, provide excellent resident service, and contribute to high-quality living environments across the community.

Formación

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid drivers license required.
• On-call rotation availability each month.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Ability to read policies and SDS.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs promptly and per standards.
• Keeps vacant apartments rent-ready and conducts preventative maintenance.
• Maintains safety culture and proper use of PPE and equipment.
