Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily community. You will operate building systems, meet quality standards, and ensure resident satisfaction through timely, safe work.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repairs, with on-call duties and travel between locations. A valid driver’s license is required and on-site work is expected in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Beginning level understanding or experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Apply basic skills in two or more trades to ensure quality maintained homes and community.
• Perform routine service repairs and preventative maintenance in homes, common areas, and grounds.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• On-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain and update all service requests in Yardi Mobile.
• Safe use of tools and adherence to safety regulations.
