Fairway Management in Eatonton, GA seeks a Maintenance Technician II to keep our Lakeview Sr Gardens and Baynes Creek communities safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with unit turnovers to ensure high standards.

This hands-on role requires skills in drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC, plus reliable time management and a proactive, resident-focused approach.

Competenze

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.

Mansioni

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make-readies ensuring timely completion (painting, carpet cleaning, general unit cleaning).
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors while operating a vehicle legally.
