Job summary

Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home is hiring a maintenance technician to service our facilities, grounds and equipment. You will help maintain safety and comfort for residents and staff by performing repairs across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and by supporting event setups as needed.

The role requires a HS diploma, a valid driver’s license and relevant certifications, plus 1+ years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and applicable certifications are required.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance and preventative work orders as directed by supervisor.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs.
• Use and maintain hand tools and small power tools; ensure equipment is safe.
• Support event set-ups, deliveries and moves as needed.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Be willing to learn and expand trade knowledge; participate in on-call rotation.
