Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a maintenance technician to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair. Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting systems for safety, and using hand and power tools.

On-call availability may be required to support residents and staff. Required: high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and field certifications, and 1+ year of experience in maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable field certifications.
• 1+ year maintenance experience.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• On-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness.
• Use tools to maintain equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Perform light labor for event setups, deliveries, and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Willingness to expand trade knowledge.
• Be available for on-call schedule.
