Covenant Living Communities and Services in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair. This role supports resident safety and comfort through reliable preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Responsibilities include appliance, plumbing, heating/AC, and general labor tasks; on-call rotation; ability to use hand and power tools; collaborating with the maintenance team; high school diploma and valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Entry-level maintenance experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on appliances, plumbing, and HVAC as assigned.
• Inspect facilities for safety and cleanliness; identify repairs.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Assist with housekeeping and on-call rotations as needed.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues; learn new trades.
• Support other maintenance staff as needed.
