Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep facilities, grounds, and equipment in good repair, contributing to resident safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting systems, using hand and power tools, and joining on-call rotations. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of machinery, equipment and systems in the field.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various equipment.
• Familiar with safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and repairs.
• Use hand and power tools and maintain them in safe condition.
• Assist with on-site event setups, deliveries, and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Be willing to expand maintenance trade knowledge and participate in on-call shifts.
