Responsibilities include completing work orders, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and on-call readiness. Requirements: high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

• Required Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Certificate(s): Valid Driver’s License and Certifications in applicable field
• Experience: 1+ Years

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventive maintenance per supervisor, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related tasks.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs.
• Use hand tools and small power tools; maintain tools for safe operation.
• Perform general labor, event setup, deliveries and moves as needed.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Continue to learn and expand maintenance trade knowledge.
• Be available for on-call schedule.
