Job summary

Covenant Living of Colorado is seeking a maintenance technician to keep campus facilities, grounds, and equipment in good repair, contributing to resident and staff safety and comfort.

You will perform varied repairs, inspect systems, and troubleshoot issues, with on-call responsibilities and a commitment to safety and teamwork. A high school diploma and driver’s license with field certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and Certifications in applicable field are required.
• Experience: 1+ Years in maintenance or facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment according to campus procedures.
• Inspect facilities and systems to identify repairs and safety needs.
• Use hand tools and power tools; maintain equipment in safe working condition.
• Assist with event setups, deliveries, and moves as required.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues; respond to on-call needs.
