Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform required preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial facility equipment.

You will operate with a strong communication style, complete tasks efficiently, and contribute to a flow-to-work process while maintaining an ownership attitude. You will work within a facilities maintenance team, document results in the CMMS, and ensure safety compliance, including OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair/build equipment as needed.
• Maintain documentation of work orders and parts via CMMS.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for complex repairs and project work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety guidelines.
